Present a photocopy of the original purchaser’s identification and credit card and a signed note expressing permission for you to pick up his/her tickets. Please note that you will not be able to pick up the order without this. Ticket name switching is not always allowed. You would need to reach out to the box office to see if the event you have tickets to is allowing name switches.
How does WILL CALL ticketing work?
If you purchase tickets through TicketWeb, and you have selected the WILL CALL option, tickets will be available to be picked up at the main box office during our regular office hours of Tuesday – Friday from 11 am till 6 pm. If the show Falls on a Saturday – Monday the main box office will be opened from 11 am until 1 hour before the shows door time, (check the show your attending as the door time is always different) . Will Call will also be available to picked up at door time the night of the event.
