Artists

Gogol Bordello

Since 1999, International punk band Gogol Bordello, led by Ukrainian frontman Eugene Hütz, has been filling up rooms with an energy that could run a whole city. Their latest album Solidaritine is no exception, going back to their hardcore roots. The band has lit up stages around the world alongside System of a Down, Primus, Rancid, Dropkick Murphys, dueted with Regina Spektor, appeared in films like Liev Schreiber’s Everything Is Illuminated with Elijah Wood and Filth and Wisdom helmed by Madonna, cutting albums with legends Rick Rubin and Steve Albini. Russia's war in Ukraine is personal for Eugene & the band, who have been tirelessly advocating for Ukrainian solidarity, partnering with Nova Ukraine, ArtDopomoga and beyond. In 2023, documentary Scream of My Blood: A Gogol Bordello Story (Executive Producer Liev Schreiber) held its world premiere at Tribeca Film Festival, leaving with a Special Jury Mention for Best New Documentary Director Award.

Mary Shelley

Fully formed in 2020 in Brooklyn, NY, Mary Shelley is a 70s punk revival that has quickly progressed to incorporate elements of dance/disco beats, shoegaze and hip hop while under the guise of that classic messy punk sound. They sound like The Clash went to a Devo dance party and Jack White threw up all over the dance floor.

Grace Bergere

Grace Bergere sings of love, loss and redemption. Having cut her teeth on the streets and the open mics of the East Village, this native New Yorker has drawn comparisons to fellow wayward souls such as Elliott Smith and P.J. Harvey. She bares her heart in her lyrics, unfettered from shame, leaving you with the feeling that she’s told you her secrets. Her songs are atmospheric and dark, complimented by her floating etherial voice. Repetition and surprise are very present in her work. As a songwriter, she’s not fragile flower, but like most great artists, she is always vulnerable, yet defiant in her uniqueness.
